Going to try meat loaf on the smoker

It just makes too much damn sense that this will turn out excellent

My oven meat loaves are to die for and I'm excited to see what doing it on the smoker yields!

Think I'm going to cook it at 275 till temp. Then increase to 350 once glazed. I usually do 350/400 in the oven

Use a cooling rack but under the rack put 1" of water, it will keep it from drying out on the edges. Also make sure it is really clean, you can use that water and drippings to make gravy.
