I know its not staten island itself, but holy damn were the signs infuriating. For those who don't know, Staten Island and by extension NYC and its 5 boroughs have some of the strictest, most insane gun regulations in the US. Today i went to the mall, and i noticed massive "no guns allowed" signs. I have yet to understand why in the hell these signs were put up outside massive virtue signalling over a non issue.
NYC and its 5 boroughs dont even allow conceal or any kind of carry in your car and do not view a vehicle or even a spouse as an extension of self. You can only carry to and from a licensed gun area, and the gun and the mag have to be in seperate containers, and the bullets can NEVER be in the gun at any time. Per my friend, getting a CCW is so difficult, its easier to leave, become a resident anywhere else, and get a gun there.
My curiosity was piqued as to why these signs were even there in the first place. I mean ... outside the diversity assholes (literally every shooting in NYC is mexicans, or niggers), who is open firing in malls? And even if they were, how is a sign gonna stop them? It all came off as anti gun virtue signalling nonsense
NJ gun laws are great if they only applied to criminals and not me NY wants to take away our guns so we can't defend ourselves ... even though NY has had the strictest gun laws in the nation for 40+ years Using violence against a criminal is escalating the situation (i had no words) My favorite, you can't stereotype people because the exception has been inverted into the rule
And so many more that one has to wonder if these idiots are deranged or straight out mentally retarded. At this point, i fully expect NYC will devolve into civil chaos come 6 months from now, i just dont see how it can't
