What do I do when the cops don't give a shit & the property management company doesn't care.
This old lady is ALWAYS sleeping in my apt lobby/mail room - I caught her at least 10 times just this year - back in May I caught her and her nigger boyfriend digging through my dumpster too - shopping carts and all.

The cops don't do shit, landlord doesn't do shit and I'm pretty sure someone in my building is letting her sleep in the lobby. There's no lock on the outside door - there's a locked door to get into the apartment building through the lobby.

I'm fucking sick and tired of seeing her & her stench permeates throughout the whole lobby & the 1st floor.
She doesn't leave my neighborhood & people just keep enabling her by giving her food & money. Worse than a fucking cat.
She won't leave & just keeps coming back.
