Goats - WTF Do I Do? An Old Drunk Homeless Lady Keeps Sleeping in the Lobby of My Apartment - Just Kicked Her Out Again Tonight - 10th Time This Year

What do I do when the cops don't give a shit & the property management company doesn't care.
This old lady is ALWAYS sleeping in my apt lobby/mail room - I caught her at least 10 times just this year - back in May I caught her and her nigger boyfriend digging through my dumpster too - shopping carts and all.

The cops don't do shit, landlord doesn't do shit and I'm pretty sure someone in my building is letting her sleep in the lobby. There's no lock on the outside door - there's a locked door to get into the apartment building through the lobby.

I'm fucking sick and tired of seeing her & her stench permeates throughout the whole lobby & the 1st floor.
She doesn't leave my neighborhood & people just keep enabling her by giving her food & money. Worse than a fucking cat.
She won't leave & just keeps coming back.

Do you own a car? Put her in it (in the trunk) and take her far away and drop her off. Lure her with some shekels or a cup of noodles.

Can you get a new job in a rural area where you can afford some property?

If not, you can talk to a local lawyer to see if you can force the landlord to give a shit. Maybe involve multiple police reports, maybe some CCTV of her doing drugs or other illegal shit. The lawyer will be able to give you more options to consider.

Was there something in your lease about not letting non-residents in or anything like that? You might be able to make them enforce their own rules by way of a lawyer, but that's a shitty solution. Anything that I think is an actual good idea would probably put you in jail. Document it when it happens, you can probably use it to get out of your lease if nothing else.

Scrub the floor with ammonia, dont wipe it up. Do it while she is laying there. Don't accidentally mix bleach in.

Many are mentally ill, they need help but refuse to get it. Many are junkies, could get help, but won't. Why should their shit life choices be a burden on those that try? If you are familiar with homeless, then you also know that if everyone just ;tolerated' it, they would never seek help or conditional (drug free) shelter on their own. We all deal with shit in life, why should they be exempt?
