"You know what a quart of milk is? 'Quart' is short for 'quarter of a gallon'. There are four quarts in a gallon. There are four quarter coins in a dollar.
"So look at an old analog clock. [Guy probably doesn't know how to read one.] You can see how the clock is divided into sections, and you can pretty easily divide the path all the way around into fourths. So you can see the minute hand on a clock move a fourth of the way around."
