Russia has not "emptied their prisons". That's fucking retarded and you shouldn't believe such bullshit.
I was speaking in hyperbole, Russtard. But they did empty their prisons of anybody that wanted to fight in exchange for clemency.
And you'll know if Russia starts hurting if they go overscale on their response.
I don't even know what this is supposed to mean. They already had a mobilization because they needed the bodies. The hire mercenaries from abroad, use prisoners as soldiers, and offer large amounts of money to citizens dumb enough to take the deal and become part of the meat wave.
All that was ever needed to prevent this war was for the Ukrainian government to stop shelling their own people .
All that was ever needed to prevent this war was for Russia not to invade, Russtard. It really is that simple. Any justification of invasion from shelling is completely demolished when the amount of shelling and death has easily increased 10 fold. You would get the usual tears any time a shell hit in a civilian area, but there weren't whole cities being demolished, were there, Russtard? It was a Ukrainian civil war, and a low-simmering one that had been going on for over 7 years at that before Putin invaded.
and to promise not to attempt to join NATO
That's not Daddy Putin's decision to make. And by invading, all he did was get two new members of NATO, one of which is on his border: Finland. Good job!
Even Putin most intense Russian critics agree that NATO on the border with Russia on the black sea is unacceptable.
No, Russians said it was unacceptable. That doesn't mean they get to dictate terms. China also said it was unacceptable when Pelosi visited Taiwan. Did they invade Taiwan when it happened? No, they shot off some missiles into the sea and killed some fish.
Invasion is always a choice, Russtard. Putin gambled he would topple Kiev in a short war, and lost. Now he's in an attritional war. And while no doubt Ukraine is hurting, so is Russia, and it's not the West who are sending their men into the grist mill.
