Anatomy. Species may share similar physical features because the feature was present in a common ancestor (homologous structures).
Common design is just as much evidence of a common designer as it is for evolution.
Molecular biology. DNA and the genetic code reflect the shared ancestry of life. DNA comparisons can show how related species are.
Humans and bananas share something along the lines of 50% of the same DNA.. proof grandpa was a plantain or just evidence showing life has many commonalities and require similar genes for basic functions?
Biogeography. The global distribution of organisms and the unique features of island species reflect evolution and geological change.
Adaptation is not macro-evolution. Species becoming isolated then adapting to their environment is Not creating entirely new genetic information.
Fossils. Fossils document the existence of now-extinct past species that are related to present-day species.
Fossils are nothing more than bones in the dirt. They don't come with tags, just our assumptions. I can go out today and line up the skulls of 5 different living creatures and it wouldn't prove a damn thing no matter how similar they may look.
Direct observation. We can directly observe small-scale evolution in organisms with short lifecycles (e.g., pesticide-resistant insects).
Small scale evolution, aka micro-evolution or adaptation is ALL that we observe.. which is nothing more than selecting pre-existing genes from previous generations and NOT creating entirely new genetic information, or in layman terms: doing the exact opposite of what the theory of evolution is claiming.
