game can now do complex music track switching based on conditions: done
next is to get the players full function set attended to, get the games simulated machinery ticking, and work on the game level/make events happen. that might be the skeleton needed for bare minimum function by my estimation. the ambient track switching still needs a component that is the world location but thats to be implemented
