If you are in charge of a school, and any child over the age of 5 who goes to that school doesn't understand that kicking anither child in the head is wrong then you should immediately be sacked for failing to carry out duties without notice or payout (gross misconduct)

Instead you could have If pass rate of reading and writing is below x then all senior staff get the chop - if x number of schools fail to meet the bar, superintendent also fired.
If below a further threshold all people on education fired. Automatically, without notice or severance.
The sacking comes with a 5year in appealable ban on working with or around children or education.
