I live in a ghetto apartment building in an area that has become ghetto within the last 5 years. My upstairs neighbor is a spic guy with a 2 year old kid who's only lived here for 2 months and they're driving me crazy. He let's his kid run, jump, fall, cry all day long and my property management company told me I have to put up with it because it's within normal hours of 6AM - 10PM. Well, I found out that the reason why he and his child NEVER leave their apartment is because they're illegal spics hiding out. They're always home and being loud up until 10pm. I'm seriously ready to call ICE to get them out.
The walls here are extremely thin and I had a stupid shouting match with him this morning and brought up ICE and he immediately shut up & said something in Spanish. I'm seriously ready to call ICE and have them out - yet worried about the kid. Should I do it? They're seriously bothering me and the property management company won't do anything about their bullshit.
