Should I Have My Upstairs *Neighbor" Deported?

I live in a ghetto apartment building in an area that has become ghetto within the last 5 years.
My upstairs neighbor is a spic guy with a 2 year old kid who's only lived here for 2 months and they're driving me crazy. He let's his kid run, jump, fall, cry all day long and my property management company told me I have to put up with it because it's within normal hours of 6AM - 10PM.
Well, I found out that the reason why he and his child NEVER leave their apartment is because they're illegal spics hiding out. They're always home and being loud up until 10pm.
I'm seriously ready to call ICE to get them out.

The walls here are extremely thin and I had a stupid shouting match with him this morning and brought up ICE and he immediately shut up & said something in Spanish.
I'm seriously ready to call ICE and have them out - yet worried about the kid. Should I do it?
They're seriously bothering me and the property management company won't do anything about their bullshit.

Yes, sometimes they go until 10pm on Saturday nights. The thumping /banging and running is driving me crazy.
My lease will be up May 31st & I'm already looking for places to move yet I'll have more options once the college kids move in May/June.

Turnabout is fair play.

Get some of those automatic timers that people use in their homes to turn on / off lights while they are not home.

Set them up to play annoying music while you are at work, or away from home. Turn it on / off every 30minutes to make it even more annoying. The silence will make the music starting back up even more punctuated.

I have just over 3 months left on my lease and don't have the effort when I'm working 2 jobs.
Yeah, I'm working a part-time job to save up for a van to move and possibly live in too.
