I think the biggest hurdle in your understanding is that you haven't read the Bible thoroughly, and perhaps are basing some of your judgements on hearsay about Bible and doctrine instead of the Bible and doctrine themselves.

That can come across like a shot fired, but in truth I say that because I was guilty about that at one point. I completely missed the mark on what the Bible actually said and what Catholic doctrine actually said because I had assumed detractors were giving an honest representation of it. They weren't.

He was the light, I am the light, We are the light. He made it very clear we were of the same exact light.

Body of Christ. What you are describing in this point isn't necessarily at odds with Catholic doctrine.

I have two engineering degrees, and went at this with logic, and reason, here are my conclusions and engineered solution.

That's good, it should mean you have the appropriate depth of intelligence to read different theological works and see where they are coming from.

I hope you earnestly strive to fulfil the duty of your gifts.

The god depicted in the Talmud is not consistent with Yahweh of the Bible.

fragments of God that make our souls

This premise conflicts with Catholic doctrine. Specifically, Catholic doctrine proposes that God created the universe ex nihilo and not as portions of His own substance. Spontaneous creation requiring no prerequisite substance. You could reconcile your perspective by stating that the "light" was the first energies of creation. The closest thing, but not the same substance as God. That is to say, the first light where the Word of God touched creation and brought it into existence. Christ in the flesh took on the nature of the created world. Fully God, fully man, and would then reasonably share in that substance of the first light despite also having a nature distinct from it.

To expand on the whole "not of the substance of God" bit, if I take an object and cast a shadow from it, the shadow shares in the image of the object, but not the substance.

I don't care what you say at all.

My premise isn't to invalidate your experiences. I never found it helpful when people tried to gainsay mine for some kind of ideological gain. I'm merely trying to show you that the thing you may be rejecting isn't necessarily incompatible with your experiences.

I'm a seer, I dream future events regularly. Sometimes decades in the future, that make absolutely no sense at the time of the dream. I'm shown things, thanks to God.

Precognition / premonition, I had (and by God's grace, assume still have?) those gifts as well, seemingly if for no other reason than for God to show His glory and ability to shape reality to His will.

If I didn't know any better, I would have guessed that you were some random user that scanned through my old voat comments and decided to create a narrative to mock my old comments. I'll park that defensiveness and concede that you've just had common experiences and a common outlook as an older version of myself by coincidence.

I don't expect my words here to suddenly change you, but I sense that God may be working on you to see the truth of the Catholic faith (even if plenty of disappointing Catholics exist).
