If I'm honest, I get it. It's a rare moment where someone with extensive cosmetic surgery looked better afterward. He had the money to do it, and he had one of those faces that looked like it was melting. I think he had a bunch of botox treatments, which combined with his cognitive decline, made him walk around with that perpetually dumbfounded expression. It doesn't look like he ever did any substantial hair transplants, though.
