If it wasnt clown world i would like to think it would be to incarerate illegals all in one place to better facilitate a fast tracked due process/ status hearing, then it's straight to the airport without their feet touching american soil again - do not pass go - do not collect anymore NGO gibs - and every three weeks another batch is moved in from other holding centers etc for their 3 week due process stay.
