Something is fishy. "Every red dot ..." Over half the USA was colored red. And how did the only seven members of C3 (whatever that is) collect this IP data? And why don't they target the obviously known sharing sites? It just doesn't make logic sense to me, and I refuse to believe that being a pedo is some kind of norm.
