Are there any "detoxing" methods that actually show evidence of working?

Asking here because jewgle search only provides mainstream "authoritative" sources and fake and gay "debunking" sites.

Are there any detox methods that actually demonstrate some level of efficacy? Whether its for vaccines, parasites, or whatever else?

Anti fungal kill small cell cancers. Look it up. Easy to obtain.

This is more like apoptosis than de-tox. But okay maybe some people’s definition of de-tox is de-cancer. I think youre talking about some hedgehog signalling inhibitors like itraconazole? Other types of medications like ivermectin and fenbendazole might also be easy to obtain as cancer prophylaxis. These drugs may be toxifying in other ways.

I don’t think parasites are a big threat to the average white person. Taking an antiparasitic might harm your gut biome and there are alot of docs saying our health problems may be due to not enough parasites.

Vegetables and fruit have carbs. I think eliminated added sugars is a good idea though.

I drink seltzer, and kombucha and fruit/veg smoothies . And decaf green tea too.
