Are there any "detoxing" methods that actually show evidence of working?

Asking here because jewgle search only provides mainstream "authoritative" sources and fake and gay "debunking" sites.

Are there any detox methods that actually demonstrate some level of efficacy? Whether its for vaccines, parasites, or whatever else?

Absolutely: Elimination diets remove all Inflammation in days. People have cured lifelong depression eating salt and red meat only. I love how I feel when my diet is 100% ruminant animals and unrefined salt.

Actually looking to ween myself off caffeine when the semester ends next week.

For parasites: Wormwood and cloves. Health food stores generally have these mixed in a premade capsule. Cannot attest if it actually works.

Iodine supplementation has proven to remove bromine from the body. It is measurable in the urine. Bromine is everywhere and competes with iodine receptors. I’ve taken as high as 25mg of iodine in a single day without adverse affects. These days, I get closer to 1mg per day on average. That’s 1000 mcg.
