Charcoal- weber kettle grill. This one is ten years old now, second set of grates
Smoker- chargriller with the sidebox for the fire
Propane?- only use one of those blackstones since i use the charcoal fro grilling, i use this one for things that aren’t usually grilled easily. Like bacon, eggs, pancakes, etc.
The best steak is in a cast iron skillet over charcoal.
And a “pizza party passione” wood fired/propane pizza oven. I use this one for pizza.
