Wtf is a "work husband", and why was that not a deal breaker from the beginning?

It's a phrase usually "work wife" that refers to that person a man closely relates to at work. The woman that often acts as a surrogate partner while at the office. I imagine a woman coined the term to justify how close her husband is to a woman at work, but created a "cutesy" term to disarm that he's being emotionally unfaithful. A friendship with a little drama in the office.

"If you get the test, our marriage is over..." that right there is very telling that she knows.

"Congratulations! Would the proud cuckold like to hold his wife's boyfriend's new baby?"

He posts on Reddit! Of course his wife is having sex with a man.

"After he started posting on Reddit, he suddenly believed everything anyone said had to meet his approval. He had tantrums if they didn't. His dick got smaller and smaller as his voice got higher."
