Win? Exceedingly unlikely. If you're a libshitz you can sue a conservative President to force him to unblock you. If you're a conservative, when you sue Twatter they'll end up dismissing your case. See for example Jared Taylor. Even if he somehow got a ruling in his favor the case will be dragged out for years. The lawyers end up getting rich.

Anybody can sue. But you need a judge to go along with your argument. Taylor couldn't win because he was a conservative suing a libshit tech giant. The same will likely happen to O'Keefe. And what I said applies no matter what: "Even if he somehow got a ruling in his favor the case will be dragged out for years. The lawyers end up getting rich."
