No, none of them. Historically (i.e. to at least the Roman times, possibly before), warfighters were all bachelors. In the far olden days, they included vagrants, criminals, and slaves, of which are mostly bachelors also. There is a ton of history behind this (e.g. the Greeks considered bachelors freeloaders on society, and considered enlistment them paying their duties) that you could look up if you wanted.

Even in recent times warfighters are bachelors. When they bachelors return as 'heros', then they start families (i.e. the baby boom post WWII). If they choose to return to the battlefield, they do so as officers, which sit behind the front lines. This was the biggest shakeup in Revolutionary War tactics, as generally troops didn't target officers directly since they were the only ones with families.

The only possible argument you have for this would be in the World Wars, where a draft was created specifically targeting Whites (many with families), where jews bailed via religious exemptions, and where White bachelors who actually wanted to enlist were prevented from doing so (look it up).
