Blasphemy. I bet you like it with green peppers on it as well. A real cheesesteak is beautiful in its simplicity. Thinly sliced beef, fried on a flat top, with cheap cheese, grilled onions, American cheese, and maybe mushrooms. Chop it up and serve it on an Amaroso hoagie roll and serve it wrapped in tinfoil. Fuck all the way off with that provolone cheese bullshit. That's not a cheesesteak, that's a beef sandwich with cheese.

Line a hoagie roll with genoa salami that has been lightly cooked, cook cubed up bottom round with green peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Add a sprinkling of sugar and provolone cheese. Plop it onto the salami. Toast in the oven. Perfection.

American cheese is white. That cheese looks more like the even worse Velvetta ultra-processed cheese.

I've heard some cheese claim it is American cheese but yellow. I don't quite believe it.

I also try to avoid all fast food. I'll admit I will go to Taco Bell once every two to three months to punish my gut. Even less now. I know I have only been to Taco Bell (the only restaurant actually) once in the past six months. I'm trying to cut off corporate jew Amerika the best I can.
