The vegan diet itself is incredibly western in its shitty retarded beliefs. Poor ass people with no access to supplements or a varied diet cannot eat vegan. You have to live in a wealthy western nation to even attempt veganism because it is so difficult to manage.

Humans evolved to eat meat. Everything about our physiology points to this. Forward facing eyes, relatively short and small gut, modified teeth and jaw structure for tearing and stripping bones of meat. Large brains which require a number of amino acids not found in plants, and a considerable amount of calories just to operate, which is not possible in an all plant based diet.

Just look at the average vegan, if they have been doing it for years it is evident they are malnourished. Rail thin, often missing teeth and dull eyes and skin tone. Ususally a distinct sunken appearance around the eyes. Their children are often delayed, and some have even died as a result of their parents insistence on putting them on a vegan diet.

VEGAN DIETS ARE BY DESIGN MAKING PEOPLE WEAKER, STUPIDER, AND LESS HEALTHY!! That is not even mentioning that this is most definitely NOT environmentally friendly as to feed 7billion people on a vegan diet would decimate wild land and harm the world much more than a herd of cattle naturally grazing the land. Its trickery designed to depopulate.
