What would you think of a person who 3 times used logical fallacies for arguments, and when asked to have an actual discussion that might add to the content, instead starts name calling?

a high school drop out selling puppies on the internet could out earn a doctor. Getting a house suitable to breeding dogs in would be the challenge for the dropout. Everything is hard, even becoming a doctor.
