Back in the 60s when we had neighborhood turf wars, North Brule rd vrs South Brule rd, we would take a 5/8 dia. X 20" copper tube, braze a plug in the bottom end and attach #9 reinforcing wire for leg support to give an angle of 45°...drop a yellow checker firecracker into it with a marble sitting in the flared opening and when that thing went off you couldn't even see the marble in flight. We had a half dozen set up one evening and when the boys came up from the South to "mingle" we greeted them from the distance of about 3 football fields and when they scattered with shit filled pants we laughed our guts out. One time we tricked them into chasing us into the bush where there was a huge hornets nest on a low lying branch and when they got close my brother had two friends, who were hiding behind a mound of brush and shrubs, jumped out with their slingdhots and peppered the hornets nest with marble plungers, all you could hear for about 5 minutes was yelling and screaming. The following Monday at school the one kid that got stung (Herbie) had a face swollen like a balloon. Thanks for the memory.
Setting up war games should be multinational corporate executives, media executives, foundation executives, college administrators and so called "professors" and global organization executives against 7 billion - or 198 countries full of people.

Is that considered a firearm under US law?
I think it depends on wether that is considered a "modern ignition system."
