The cop was threating to beat the shit out of him so I cant understand why you continue to pretend that the cop was the one in the right, He blatantly is in the wrong even if the black dude was committing some kind of crime the officer was acting inappropriately and unlawfully.

Wrong. The police are the ones who are required to state WHY they are arresting / detaining you and they should have a warrant before entering your vehicle. There is almost NO reason to EVER talk to the police. https://youtu.be/d-7o9xYp7eE

I think cops are generally pricks and I have no need for them. Having said that the law states and the courts have agreed that a police officer asking you to step out of your car is a lawful order. You do not have to be under arrest. In this case the cop believes be has tbe authority to tell the nigger to step out of the car and if he doesn't do it, he can remove him and place him under arrest for failure to follow a lawful order. The nigger got what was coming to him. We didn't see the beginning of the exchange, but the cop should have explained that the nigger was required to follow lawful orders. Do I think a cop should be allowed to order a person out of their car without providing probable cause? No.

The correct thing would have been for the officer to clearly state that he was under arrest and for what purpose and charge. There are correct ways to enter a persons vehicle but through the window like that is NOT one of them. (This is why you are legally not required to roll down the window when a cop pulls you over.) Always claim know your rights. Remember Zogbots will plant evidence on you if they feel like it, but your sticking to your rights can get their search thrown out in court for being illegal.)

If someone is being stubborn you have to get a warrant and then come back with a locksmith or opening device. What that "cop" did was super duper illegal and he should get his ass handed to him for it.

I was riding home from a doctor's appointment the other day when a dirtbag cop pulled my driver over. Claimed that he could smell weed and accusing my driver of reaching for a weapon. I called his bluff and said come back with a warrant. (knowing full well that there wasn't any weed in the car). As a white guy with recording the whole thing, thankfully a different cop came up and we ended up going on our way. I don't know what might have happened if we weren't white and I wasn't sticking to my rights and reccording.

why are the cops asking you to get out of the car? it's usually to get a look at the car and/or to make sure you're not inebriated. if you have nothing in the car and are not inebriated, you're going to walk. the days of police rounding you up for Stasi service are not here yet and you'll know them before they arrive.
