They can do whatever they want. You don’t actually have any protection under HIPAA.

Nope. All laws already on the books allow you to be fired for denying a vaccination. Been there for decades.

I will deny until such time as they terminate my employment.
Then I will consult an attorney regarding a wrongful termination lawsuit and, if possible, get paid out in a settlement. I will then sell my house, move out of this communist state and retire to a humble abode on a lake. Somewhere White.

I've got a bit of savings built up, and currently learning how to grow my own crops. Not confident if I can actually survive though.
