The judeo-legal system vows to be racist and unfair to whites. Time to stop using it. Amish have shunned “english law” for centuries.

The amish have avoided centralized institutions like churches and dedicated clergy since their inception because they perceive how corruptible bureacracies are. We can learn alot from them.

This kid knows his dad loved him.

Swift justice, like it should be.

Agreed. A just society should not tolerate revenge killings, but this isn't a just society so sometimes there's no choice.

[ - ] aleleopathic 3 points 4.0 yearsMay 22, 2021 18:00:00 ago (+3/-0)

Not trying to pick nits, but a just society definitely would, by the very definition of 'just'.

[ - ] Broc_Liath 3 points 4.0 yearsMay 22, 2021 18:29:22 ago (+3/-0)

I meant that a just society wouldn't need to.

[ - ] aleleopathic 0 points 3.9 yearsMay 24, 2021 06:59:55 ago (+0/-0)

I suppose I read 'would not tolerate' as ;wouldn't allow', which made no sense.

Cheers.

I was thinking along the lines of a just society being one where people could trust the justice system to defend them, at least most of the time, so vigilante action would be over the top.

Whereas in our society vigilante action is often required to make up for the broken justice system.

You wouldn't have to do it yourself, because the perp would be hanged by the authorities.

This can't ever be the case - the state can never be allowed to have a Monopoly on Violence. We will always need to kill our own criminals.

Please read the jews Weber and related on why they believe the state must have a Monopoly on Violence (their words, and also the name of their paper).

I think it's best if a designated authority is responsible for administering justice before a crime is committed, but that authority should be open to competition and replacement if they do a shit job.

Any more context to read up on? Looks like early 1980s? Maybe late 1970s?

Also, Doucet had been homeless and living in an alcove at the back of the karate studio. Planche took him into his house to try to turn him around and unbeknownst to him Doucet began grooming and raping his son. When he finally found out and Doucet had kidnapped his son, he felt so guilty for having exposed his son to a monster he made things right the only way he knew how.

Those police officers escorting Doucet were friends of his, and you can hear them scream "Gary, no! Why!" or something similar when he killed Doucet. They were worried he was going to prison for life.

The news crew filming the entire thing had tipped Planche off that Doucet was going to be escorted through the airport at that time, likely knowing what he'd be driven to do. They never faced charges for the leak.
