I had a rabbit do that and went into the void under the cabinets. I had to use a 2x4 as a lever to push up the base board. Lucky the nails all lined up when I hammered it back down.
A spic or nigger installed the baseboard of the cabinet with minimal fasteners allowing the cat to spread everything out. Kick the baseboard once with your toes and I bet it collapses inward....
