I should rephrase. Im looking for a way that doesnt show me "deleted" on over seven hundred pages.

For deleted accounts this is not possible, maybe I should make it an option whether or not to delete the account's content. For posts deleted by mods, you would have to check the delete log. Currently there is no other way.

That alteration would be much appreciated.

I much prefer when sites are not like swiss cheese. Riddled with missing content. All it takes is renaming the maker of the post or comment to something like "Account Removed."
