when i was in school wikipedia was banned as a research resource because it was not primary source.

now its not only accepted but encouraged as a research tool, and most of the most important shit literally uses itself as a source

On the contrary, controversial experiments get a lot of press. Which is why their data is often fake. No one funds reproduction studies so the frauds push bullshit and get away with it.
