Number six should read "BiglyBT, formerly Vuze, formerly Azureus" and the negative bits removed, since those stuck with Vuze. BiglyBT basically removed all the bullshit from Vuze.

Make sure to always go for free (as in freedom) and open-source software (FOSS). Personally I use Deluge.

Deluge seems functional, and some Linux distros come with one called Transmission (not tried it).

I have utorrent on my PC but I just got a laptop with Windows 10 so looking to get a lightweight program for it

BiglyBT is the only feature complete torrent client in existence. So there isn't really any other option, unless you don't mind the missing feature, like moving individual files of a larger torrent to another drive or renaming individual files.
