Those are arabs giving the black the beat down, not whites, not ethnic French. From what they are saying he disrespected one of the arabs.
Blacks in France are not like blacks in the US in as much as they were never bred for strength and size. Honestly, if I were to choose between spending the day with a black african or a mid eastern arab, I'd probably go for the black. They're dumb, but generally nice. The arabs are dumb and assholes for the most part.
