Zinc up and meat up all you can. An endocrinologist told me he was convinced that along with shitty diet, deodorants were a huge factor. When men stopped using them he said there’s often a significant boost to t levels. Lots of men also have plenty of free testosterone but it’s converting to estrogen (diet again) Aromataze (sp) blockers can help that but come with their own issues.
