OP, did you know Samuel Roth wrote a book excoriating and condemning jews because of their predatory nature? The ironically titled "Jews Must Live" describes his experience being a jew and being screwed over by other jews. The full title of it is "Jews must live; an account of the persecution of the world by Israel on all the frontiers of civilization". He was serious about what he said.
Roth would have known. In the 1950s, he illegally printed James Joyce's "Ulysses" in the United States because it was deemed obscene (which it is in some places, but mitigated by its high literary quality) so copyright law didn't apply, but he was sued by Sylvia Beach, his publisher in Paris, and prosecuted by the US government for receiving obscenity through the mail. He was the reason why "Ulysses" was reviewed by the US Supreme Court and later deemed fit for the US reading public.
Roth and his publishing enterprises were royally screwed over by his fellow jews. But he was a nasty little jew in his own right, so I don't care about his crocodile tears.
