I have one of those scanners, appears to be that exact model in fact. I bought it years ago because I was finding lost dogs weekly, and I didn't have time to keep taking them to the vet to get scanned. My gf says one of her coworkers who got vaxxed has a magnetic spot on their arm. I am going to see if I can test this.

A couple hundred bucks. You can get them on amazon. Search for pet microchip scanner.
