Hey man, used to get these all the time eating fortified foods. Something about fiber, easy digestible foods, appropriate amounts of water and something about the replacement of blood cells.
It's been a minute since the death by PowerPoint presentation, so my memory is fuzzy. All I really took from it was if your shit comes out in one piece, doesn't paint your ass, isn't all lumpy and deformed, you are doing what you are supposed to be doing nutrition wise. I think the blood cell portion was the color, so maybe disregard that.
