After they chop their balls off there is one of two choices no matter how much they regret it.

Try to rationalize it and defend it with the fervor of a fanatic or accept that youre absolutely mental and a danger to yourself. If accepting reality including its ugly aspects was their strong point I imagine they wouldnt be in that position to begin with.

46% is for FTM (women taking male hormones), not MTF. For MTF in all studies it is 42% for MTF. And its by age 27 , I believe.
