There are no hardgainers and you aren't big boned

submitted by TheViciousMrPim to PimsGym 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 06:43:44 ago (+38/-3)     (PimsGym)

A sticky til I get this place set up better.

This gym is for everyone. If you are underweight and want to gain mass, you belong here. If you are over weight and want to lose fat/add muscle. You belong here. If you are already fit. Id appreciate your help.

Now. You will find me in FPH threads being a dick to FP. In the gym I will not. I don't like fat people, but if you want to get fit, while we are here, I won't talk shit and I wont allow others to either.

There are no hardgainers and you aren't big boned. It's your diet. Period. I fell for the hardgainer thing. It's bullshit. I haven't been eating enough of good nutritional food nor working hard enough to turn that into muscle. Period. I can lie to myself and blame my metabolism or I can be honest w myself. I do not eat enough.  And if you're fat, sorry, you eat too much and work too little. These are the hard facts we all must face.

I've purchased a food scale and for a little while I'm weighing out everything. I know for a fact that the shake I just drank had 680 calories and 40g Protein. I know exactly how much that chicken, rice, and broccoli my lunch is worth. Eventually Ill be able to look at a chunk of chicken and say ' thats about 100g of chicken' and I won't weigh it anymore.

We'll talk about the work plenty. But we must address how much and what we are eating.

Now give me 5 pullups you lazy fuck.

If I could do 5 pullups, I wouldn't need you.

[ - ] PeckerwoodPerry 5 points 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 07:54:16 ago (+5/-0)

I can't do 5 pull ups in a row, but I can over the course of about 40 minutes. I have one of those door frame pull up bar things, so I'll do one or two, then do pushups or situps, then go back to pull ups.

Try adding some negatives to your sets.

[ - ] voatisajewishheaven 0 points 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 08:48:05 ago (+0/-0)

For how long as this been your plateau? Try to force some progression in there, do some pull-ups with ankle weights attached until you can't then remove them and keep going.

I went to the gym and got laughed at. Also had a nigger employee get verbally and visually upset at me for not paying extra for a trainer. Fuck the gym. Also gyms smell disgusting af

I have nothing to pull up with, but I just did push ups until my arms burned and I did 10 more while they burned.

Now... Regarding weight. After three kids, my wife struggled to lose weight, despite doing miles of jogging, riding, 'women' pushups, squats, etc. What we found is that her body really didn't like ANY dairy, and very little meat.

Removing those from her diet, her stomach felt better, and she started to lose weight quickly.

She ate healthy to begin with, so it wasn't a lack of nutrition.

The point of the story, I guess, is to be careful of what you put in your body, even if you eat healthy, if you add things your body won't process, it will sabotage the healthy eating part.

do not aim to get lean like a bodybuilder or model. look at athletes like spear-throwers, hammer throwing, discuss throwing, those bodies are what you should aim for. those bodies can move equipment while hungry. if a bodybuilder doesnt eat for a half day, his blood sugar drops so low he goes nearly unconcious. find your own mixture between strongman, crossfit, marathon and bodybuilder.

and many women want a cuddly bear.

just make sure you are slim enough to see her pussy while you fuck her =)

i recently bought a bicycle. its awesome to cycle in all weather. ten miles to work, 100 miles per week. i feel so much more alive, compared to when i drove my car to work!

gladly i am in Germany, bicycle routs are common place here. most of the way i ride on roads that are closed for cars, and only bikes and people who live there are allowed to use that road... glorious! today i had back wind and did the ten miles in under 40 minutes. i cant wait to get fit again. back in my active days as a cyclist, it would have taken me less than 30 minutes to do that 10 miles... its such a great feeling.

i ride a belt driven bicycle. belt drive runs really smooth. its so silent. i love it!

Go get a bike!

[ - ] germ22 0 points 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 14:16:53 ago (+0/-0)

I used to bike every where when i still lived in Germany. It was great. Moving to Canada that became impractical. Commuting to work was around 60km each way. No bike path or side roads, so i would have to bike right on the highway. Then there is also winter for almost half the year. -20C is normal, -40C happens a few days a year.
Biking to work is one of the few things i do miss from Germany.

But now i'm self employed, and can bike and exercise when ever and how much i want.

so now i am both content and jealous. was that what you were aiming for when writing that comment?

I have relatives in Canada because my uncle moved there like 60 years ago. maybe i go visit some day. what a beautiful country you have.

[ - ] germ22 0 points 3.9 yearsJul 10, 2021 10:57:26 ago (+0/-0)

I was just sharing with no ulterior motive.
60 Years ago eh, that's around the same time my grandparents moved to Canada. My dad is German, my mom grew up in Canada.
Be warned if you want to visit Canada, you just might fall in love with the country and not want to leave again.

I've been slacking on my fasting. I think my health has really benefited from it, but now that I havent fasted in awhile, I'm feeling more sluggish.

Drink plenty of water. And slowly increase your fasting period.

Honestly, I thought fasting would make me feel faint and crappy but it really wasnt that bad. The worst part was the headaches from caffeine withdrawals, but I slowly weened myself off of caffeine.
Whenever I do 48 hour fasts I wake up feeling refreshed and full of energy. However, it takes less activity to make me tired.

Did you do 36 hours on your first attempt, or work up to it?

I think of fasting kind of like a muscle you have to work out to build up strength. If you keep pushing your limit (without going so far as to damage yourself) you will get a little bit better and more capable. Even if your limit is 12 hours, that's a good start.

Pro body builders gain 10 lbs of muscle in a year. Lot of noobs deluding themselves claiming that much or more.

[ - ] voatisajewishheaven 0 points 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 13:03:32 ago (+1/-1)*

They also would die in their sleep if they didn't sleep hooked up to a CPAP machine because their neck and tongue is so hypertrophied (ever heard Chris Bumstead talk?). The bodybuilder life is no fun, I watch a lot of "road to olympia" vlogs and whatnot, those people crash their libidos for months for a 7th place at he nationals, crazy shit.

If you don't eat enough it's because you don't work hard enough, if you did, the hunger hormones would re-establish equilibrium.

My pull-up bar is between homes right now, best I can do is ten pushups.

My recent training: Whenever I see a morbidly obese white, I do ten pushups when I get home.

[ - ] voatisajewishheaven 1 point 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 08:48:55 ago (+1/-0)

So this is what, 200 push-ups per day?

[ - ] mannerbund 1 point 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 10:43:58 ago (+1/-0)

0-2k depending on locale I bet.

[ - ] FacelessOne 1 point 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 07:00:03 ago (+1/-0)

Imagine living life like this when for thousands of years nobody did such things.

[ - ] kishind 8 points 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 07:36:36 ago (+8/-0)

For thousands of years the main problem was food sufficiency. Now it's a problem of avoiding high calorie dopamine-addict foods and enjoying nutritious ones.

[ - ] NaturalSelectionistWorker 8 points 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 07:47:50 ago (+8/-0)

Yeah, avoiding overprocessed high calorie foods on a budget is hard. It's almost like there's a food subsidy system where we're taxed to give free money to corn, wheat, rice, and soy farmers so the foods that fatten us up can be dirt cheap. That way if you want to eat healthy, not only do you have to pay more for the health food, but you're still paying for shitty food to fatten other people up.

Just another day in ZOG.

[ - ] PeckerwoodPerry 2 points 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 07:57:59 ago (+2/-0)

Farmers markets are your friend, fren. The produce is cheap, and the beef is so small batch that the guy selling it is the guy that slaughtered it.

[ - ] NaturalSelectionistWorker 1 point 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 08:03:06 ago (+1/-0)

People seeking to create some vain image of themselves at an extreme cost to their lifestyle choices for looks that are unsustainable without the constant attention and management is pretty much what druggies do with regards to maintaining their habit.

Not against being healthy and fit. Just prefer to keep it simple and realistic.

[ - ] voatisajewishheaven 4 points 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 08:50:44 ago (+4/-0)

Most of us didn't make it past their 30s for millions of years too... Have you had your 2nd set of teeth for longer than your 1st set of teeth? Then you should have been dead a long time ago, everything is gravy from there.

[ - ] Flabbygasted 4 points 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 09:44:13 ago (+4/-0)

Based on everything I know about kikes rewriting history, I bet our lifespan has gone down in the past 2000 years. They try and make us think all these pills and flouride in the water is expanding our lifespan, but I dont trust anything.

[ - ] FacelessOne 2 points 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 09:33:22 ago (+2/-0)

Infant mortality rate, basic hygiene, and dying as a peasant in some Lord's warmongering have more to do with the average age of death throughout history but cool story bro

[ - ] voatisajewishheaven 0 points 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 10:07:36 ago (+0/-0)

"Basic hygiene" is an umbrella that got enlarged over time. Nowadays it includes dental hygiene.

[ - ] mattsixteen24 0 points 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 12:38:31 ago (+1/-1)

Some people just have very bad genetics. So it's not true for everyone. You can definetly get healthier though exercise it is good for everyone. The problem is the fitness industry is all deceit and lies. Practically all these people on the internet that look all ripped and say they are natural are liars.

[ - ] voatisajewishheaven 1 point 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 13:00:41 ago (+1/-0)

One trick I found is to look at women of the fitness industry, even if they take male hormones or other "research chemicals", they're still more relatable to the natural amateur male than any male fitness "influencer" as we call them.

They're more relatable in the sense of what a mass gain progression would look like etc. (For example, if you take the volume that a women more jacked than you does, it should be a reasonable and attainable target for male noobs.)

[ - ] mattsixteen24 0 points 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 14:33:53 ago (+0/-0)

Possibly, but women on drugs can get more muscular looking than men not on drugs. Except, they are still weaker in comparison to a natural man. They just look artificially huge for the stature.

Just means you can pack on more mass no? All the people I've seen that had an oversized ribcage were either strongman competitors or formerly obese people.

[ - ] StealthNinjaTaliban 0 points 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 10:50:46 ago (+1/-1)

Are you aware that there are Ectomorphic, Mesomorphic, and Endomorphic bodies? In other words: hard gainers, natural athletes, and people with big bones...

[ - ] voatisajewishheaven 1 point 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 13:15:55 ago (+1/-0)

Nowadays this is presented as a tripolar distribution, where your genetics may be more inclined to one or the other two but in each case lifestyle has the most impact over your body type.

[ - ] whostolemyusername 0 points 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 12:32:46 ago (+0/-0)

That classification is bullshit, The fact that you can become any of them from another pretty much debonks it, It is pretty much a trap for the brainlets who want a reason not to work out, Hell look at some before and after pictures and tell me you still believe in that classification system, Its just so fucking stupid, People go from skelly looking big, They cant help their frame but thats like saying anyone under 6ft should just kill them selves or if you arnt 220+ of muscle then you are small its all just so fucking stupid ohh cry me a river you where not born with a barrel chest and shoulder blades like wings that means you have to be skinny your entire life, NOOO dont just work with what you have...fucking stupid classification system.

[ - ] StealthNinjaTaliban -1 points 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 14:49:31 ago (+0/-1)

You definitely CAN NOT go from being one to the other. Wrist circumference does not change

[ - ] whostolemyusername 0 points 3.9 yearsJul 9, 2021 15:09:49 ago (+0/-0)

You are absolutely retarded and you should not comment on stuff you dont understand.

We get it you want to be a pathetic fattie and you want it to not be your fault but it is your fault and you should feel bad about it.
