I'd like to write it off as immature morons who just work and get food from grocery stores and know nothing about life. How the food gets there, how their money gets in the bank and from where it comes, and how come they have flush toilets in their homes doesn't ever occur to them obviously, but it's a sign that they're aren't fully developed humans when they say shit like that.
