How do we prevent forum sliding? - Upgoat

Downvotes work well enough for individuals. Beyond that block mundane subs like nature.

Aside from one of my downvotes which must have been accidental all my downvotes went to one spammer. Nothing wrong with the content. They were just a spammer. One of the last things they said was something like "You will never be rid of me!" Well that account is deleted now. If their attempts at attention whoring / forum sliding is pointless they wont do it.
