Start here: https://vgkits.org/blog/pip3-windows-howto/

After that is installed follow the installation instruction from the link you posted. It will 'build' some tools in your pc used via the command line to diagnose back-up that you will need to create on your phone, uploading them to your pc.

Here are the archive files (zip/tar): https://github.com/mvt-project/mvt/releases/tag/v1.0.11

From there it is going to be some shit I am not getting into - hope you are good with command lines.

Have you tried turning it off and then back on again?

The straight install at the top is intended for install to a desktop or laptop running IOS or a linux flavor.

There is the option to install the Docker which will also install to Windows. The Docker will also take care of any dependencies.

I think that is probably what you want. Install the Docker and then go from there. But even then you end up back at a cmd.

This is currently not a point and click adventure.
