This is truly sad Paul. According to my digital scale I have a body fat % of ~13%. I don't think those electronic devices are totally accurate but that's not too far off.

Fat is one thing I will Never be.

Also, I never claimed to be Arnold or any form of personal trainer or anything else of that sort.
