Also no 'birthright' citizenship at all. If one of your parents isnt a citizen then you are a citizen of their country, regardless of where you were born

you should be a net positive on society for most voting. this might mean that voting is split into "monetary" and "non-monetary" but if it has anything to do with spending you should not have a say if you are not paying in.

There are some laws that I could see everyone voting on, especially codified morality. Ideally government wouldn't be involved in most of this; but you have to outlaw murder, and so on; and these don't have their basis in money.

It's just unnecessary. Stop thinking of voting as a right and start thinking of it as a decision making mechanism. Who do you want making those decisions? If people want to buy property JUST to vote, that's fine with me. If you think veterans should be able to vote, give them land when they retire, like the Roman Republic did.

Ideally you would not vote for the government, because it shouldn't matter as each represents the will of people.

What would be a democracy is if people were given a series of things to vote for, and people with specialist knowledge would vote for further things.

E.g.

Everyone gets to cast votes on housing, transport, defence, health etc.

But if you are a soldier, you get a few extra questions about defense, a colonel and a few more.

As bad as Mexico is they do a couple things better then America

1. You can't own land within 60 miles of the coast. Aka non Mexicans can't buy up prime beach property
Side note this property should be going down in value because global homo warming should cause all the beach front property to be worthless<<< if it was real big company's would be buying all the land a little ways away from the beaches

2. You can't work in Mexico with out some serious permission shit... they don't allow non citizens to come in and rape them

3. They hate blacks

We CAN sell them the land, the impose higher property tax rates for owners that do not reside in the state or county where the land is. Then they pay for the land, and pay for it three more times in property taxes before selling it back.
