Women participate less at conferences, even if gender-balanced – study

Excerpt from this article
"For the 2018 conference, the researchers worked with the organisers to ensure more sessions with at least one woman in a chair position – and found that more female chairs resulted in an increase in female audience questions. In addition, if a woman was the first to ask a question, that increased the odds several times of subsequent audience contributions from a woman, according to the paper, published in the Lancet."

Lol, let's handhold them some more. Why do we even need equal participation? Surely that is up to the women?

Countless studies of Female CEOS show a high correlation with companies going out of business under female management.

Many studies were even written by female researchers, and always, without exception, MALES are partly blamed for the high correlation with companies going out of business under female management.

Its simple assertiveness. A Male CEO will ALWAYS say a sentence with authority like this:

- "It's Going to Rain Today"

but a genetic female CEO will always say the same sentence this way :

- "I heard that it might rain today"

Huge differences in leadership style.

That specific example will not be valid if the female CEO has a Harvard MBA because in her textbook , it cites that example on how women cannot lead, so for weather predictions alone, if she is a new MBA and remembers her education, she will try to be more assertive on JUST TOPICS OF WEATHER. But the principle stands.

Women are not confident leaders, and they overcompensate by sticking with bad decisions on all bad gamble that do not pan out. They are bull headed and typically unskilled in the area they made a mistake in.

Women leaders hate meritocracy, and create endless pointless group meetings to chat and get consensus by committee on every thing and "everyone's opinion counts" and retarded group think of newbies chiming in with unskilled idiocy in each meeting.

In engineering, though almost impossible scenario, if a large team ever reaches over 33% female, the project fully implodes and the department is closed down.

Many hilarious actual anecdotes are on the internet that describe how fast an over 50% female company will go out of business. Its why all the multibillion dollar female product (tampons, makeup, etc) are always 90% male staffed. The rest get bought out and close down if 50% female run.

Their other downfall is that their progressive religion teaches that nurture over nature is the way of life. What a CEO knows about children is exactly zip, so they believe it. The idea of ultimate power over what people inherently are is hard to reject. "Working with people" becomes trying to manipulate their personality, not getting the best work out of them as they are. When their control freakiness doesn't work, they get mean and vindictive.

That's OK, they're 75% of cult members.

Few women have confidence in themselves and their decision making ability. It is one of the reasons they are susceptible to groupthink. Which is one of the reasons so few make good leaders.
