I kinda hope they do. Many many normals will be pissed. I doubt they'll do much, but a pissed off normal is one step closer to my side. That may come in handy a little later.

TBH I think at least some of them are trying not to, because they know this is true. While they intend to murder millions, it's a balancing act. Moving too far too fast upsets the balance and things can swing out of control.
