I personally deviate from pure Anarcho Capitalism when it comes to what should be created right now. In the long term I'm AnCap.

I believe that a monarchy functioning as close to an anarcho capitalist country is the right structure, and that the king should operate two separate government that operate on different principles. The first is the domestic "government"/non-government. Regionally that is all of it's current domain except the border. It's driving principle is the moral requirement of respecting the freedoms of man, with little regard for much else. Then there is the border government. It's main driving principle is the existential needs of the country, with little regard for much else. It can kill, confiscate, detain, and turn back as it pleases to best meet that existential goal. That includes admitting people on the basis of race or IQ. As well as contributing to customs enforcement to placate neighboring countries (which definitely can be an existential need).

The third thing the king should operate is as a civil arbiter of last resort so that you don't lack a civil legal system, for which he can delegate to more civil judges.
