Reagan used this as a excuse to violate the rights of ALL Californians by signing the Mulford Act into law, barring people from carrying loaded weapons in public. The bill was introduced in April, a month before the Black Panthers occupied the capitol building. It's almost as if (((someone))) gave the Black Panthers the idea so (((they))) could take away people's rights while pushing the blame onto niggers.
