I bet you that what lead to this was the ignoring of safety checks.

In my hometown, the water treatment workers are supposed to do regular checks for toxins, chemical levels, etc. Almost their entire job is to drive from place to place and tick stuff off on their clipboard as they check them.

One such worker, however, was a nigger on the graveyard shift. This nog gets $65k a year to drive around for about an hour doing checks and marking them off. If there's anything wrong, a report is generated and someone fixes it. The job is full time, so there's plenty of opportunity to fuck off after you're done.

However, my committee (that oversees these matters) got a disciplinary report about this nig one day.

In the week(s) leading up to the report, this nigger had been just ticking off all the checks on the clipboard without even leaving the station. Instead of working for an hour and legitimately fucking off for seven, this nigger was fucking off for all eight.

Consequently, someone got fucked up somehow (report was vague) and upon investigating, the nog's white supervisor discovered that a valve had malfunctioned, causing over 10k gallons of chemicals to be dumped into the water supply.

The entire fucking water treatment plant (at that location) had to be completely drained and a special team brought in to clean.

Almost needless to say, the committee voted for termination.

If they caused the explosion and damage they should be held accountable. If it was white people that did it, they would be held accountable and fired.

"accidently" would suggest knowing they did something wrong not being retarded. To niggers there is no accident.

Wow, that was racist. Africans are being put at a huge disadvantage by being judged by european colonial norms when their workplace performance is being assessed. I propose that their background, lived experience and cultural beliefs be taken into account when judging their safety record.

What seems like a failure to europeans may in fact be a roaring success by native standards.
