They don't care about friendly fire. If you are on their "let go" list, you don't get arrested. Otherwise, you get arrested and set up as a number of things for their statistics and fear mongering.

They don't care about the complaints. It's about the perception of credibility. They have these call-in lists, that they do go pick people up from, and they aren't going to run out of manpower for, mostly for the perception that they are doing the "right thing" in the eyes of the brainwashed public.

If they want someone they will simply make up a complaint. Just like the red flag laws and any other thing. There's been plenty of instances when people are arrested only to have the charges come up after the arrest.

Quick search says that the fbi's tip line is 800-call-fbi. The number in the sign (800-324-8477) leads to Hayes Co. crime stoppers (where ever that is).
